It would consist of those graduates and undergraduate students who
have vast experience in research related activities.4-5 people would be members of Board of Directors. Member of board of directors can also take part in research activities along with students. They will review student articles before sending them to journals as well. Selection Criteria for members:
Anyone who wants to learn and has an aptitude for research can be a member. Membership will be confirmed after an interview taken by cabinet that will consider aptitude and seriousness of aspirant towards research. President:
He will be an undergraduate student. He will be selected by Board of Directors for one year. He will be the head and work in consultation with board of directors. He would be a link between Board of Directors and members. Vice President:
He will share the burden of work with President and would become acting president in his absence. He would be selected by Board of Directors in consultation with President. Director of Publication:
He would keep the record of all publications. He would guide about different journals and their requirements. He would make sure that research wing gets two publications annually. He would be selected by Board of Directors on advice of President. Director of Even Planning:
He would plan research related conferences and workshops throughout the year. He would also plan an annual Research Conference in which papers of students from all medical colleges will be accepted for a competition and awards will be given to best projects. Director of Information technology:
He would help the wing in making presentations, data analysis for research. He would keep the record of all activities. He would design a website on which all activities of research would be mentioned. He would deal with everything related to I.T in research. He will also be selected by Board of Directors on the advice of President. Class Representatives:
They will also be selected by Board of Directors on the advice of President. They might be the same CR s of routine in class or might differ too. From each class a CR and GR will be appointed. Their job will be to make announcements in the class regarding the activities of the society, gathering interested students for membership.
