They have low percentage body fat 7-12%
Relatively smaller muscles in respect to bond length
Naturally having fast body metabolism
Fast metabolism make them difficult in gaining muscles or body mass
Always face problem in gain mass or muscles due to active lifestyle or having fast metabolic rate than that of mesomorph or Endomorphs.

They have to eat
1- Food that are caloric dense like

Do we need fat in bodybuilding?
Yes we all need fats in our life because it’s one of the major macronutrients. There are two categories of fat 1- saturated 2-Unsaturated
We have to limit our saturated fat intake to 7gm/day while unsaturated fats have two further categories 1- MUFA(monounsaturated fatty acids)
2-PUFA(polyunsaturated fatty acids)
Both are essential fatty acids(we need in diet). PUFA contains -omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids that are the most essential macronutrients that are required for proper growth and development. PUFA requirements are 15-17gm/day while MUFA requirements are 15-17gm/day. So to get enough essential fats in diet you need Nuts,oils,fish,eggs etc.
