70 Years old male ,30 Pack years smoker,presented with History of shortness of breath and cough for 2 months .
Bronchoscopy was done which showed Endobronchial lesion completely obstructing left main bronchus.
Multiple biopsies taken and sent for Histopathology and Immunohistochemistry

Alhamdulillah Pleursocopy done for undiagnosed recurrent pleural effusion.
68 years old 35 pack years smoker presented with History of Recurrent pleural effusion .Pleural Effusion was lymphocytic exudative with normal ADA Level.
Pleuroscopy was done and 1500ml hemorrhagic fluid was drained .Parietal pleural was hperamic,roughned and mutiple nodules were present .Biopsies were taken and sent for Histopathology and IHC

65 years old Male,45 Pack years smoker presented with history of Hoarseness of Voice.
Bronchoscopy was done which showed mass above level of vocal cords.Brushing was done and sent for Histopathology

Patient presented with history of shortness of breath,cough and Hoarseness of voice for 3 months .He is 40 pack years smoker.
Bronchoscopy was done which showed incomplete adduction of vocal cords and endobronchial lesion at Right main bronchus.Multiple biopsies taken and sent for Histopathology and Immunohistochemistry.Bronchoalveolar lavage was also taken and sent for cytology For Maignant Cells .
