The IMNCI program is a critical initiative that should be implemented nationwide in Pakistan with full dedication and enthusiasm. It is a comprehensive approach that aims to reduce childhood (under 5 Years) mortality and morbidity by improving case management skills among healthcare workers, strengthening the health system, and enhancing family and community practices.

To overcome this challenge, a *more coordinated approach is needed, involving the World Health Organization, UNICEF, the Specialized Health Department, and hospital administrations.*

Only by working together we can create a robust and sustainable healthcare system that meets the needs of our children.
