چھوٹے بچوں میں بعض اوقات کولہے
(hip joint)
کی بناوٹ صحیح طرح نہیں بنتی، جس کی وجہ سے ٹانگ کا جوڑ اپنی جگہ سے ڈھیلا یا باہر ہو سکتا ہے۔
اسے کولہے کا مسئلہ
(developmental dysplasia of hip) کہا جاتا ہے۔
ابتدا میں یہ مسئلہ نظر نہیں آتا، لیکن کچھ علامات ایسی ہیں جن پر توجہ دینا ضروری ہے:
ایک ٹانگ دوسری کے مقابلے میں کم کھلتی ہو
ران یا کولہے کی جھریاں (skin folds) برابر نہ ہوں
چلنے کی عمر میں لنگڑاہٹ یا غیر معمولی چلنا
اگر یہ مسئلہ شروع میں پکڑ لیا جائے تو علاج آسان اور مؤثر ہوتا ہے، لیکن دیر ہونے پر پیچیدگی بڑھ سکتی ہے۔
اس لیے اگر شک ہو تو بہتر ہے کہ بچے کا بروقت معائنہ کروا لیا جائے۔
