کچھ سال پہلے کی بات ہے ایک لاغر سی مریضہ جولائی کی تپتی گرمی میں میری او پی ڈی میں آئی اسکو کچھ یورینری سمپٹمز کے ساتھ لوئر ابڈامن میں درد کی شکایت تھی
میں نے ابسٹیٹریکل ہسٹری پوچھی تو پتہ چلا کہ 9 بچے ہیں سب سے چھوٹا 2 سال کا ہے
میں نے پوچھا کہ تم اتنی کمزور ہو خون کی اتنی کمی ہے تو کبھی فیملی پلاننگ کا خیال نہیں آیا ؟؟؟
کہا میں تقریباً" 9 سال پہلے ایک ایم سی ایچ سینٹر میں گئی تھی وہاں کی ایل ایچ وی نے رنگ iucd ڈالا تھا
لیکن اسکا تو کوئی فائدہ ہی نہیں ہوا
اسکے بعد میرے 5 بچے اور پیدا ہوگئے 🤔
میں نے سوال کیا کہ آپ دوبارہ چیک اپ کے لئے اسکے پاس نہیں گئی تھیں ؟؟؟
کہا میں گئی تو ایل ایچ وی نے بتایا تمہارا رنگ iucd
گر گیا ہے فکر مت کرو
لیکن میڈم میں نے اسے گرتے ہوئے بلکل نہیں دیکھا اور میری کمر کی درد اور یورین کی تکلیف ٹھیک ہی نہیں ہوتی !
خیر جناب اسے ٹیسٹ لکھ کے دئے اور الٹراساونڈکی پرچی بھی تھما دی
واپسی پہ یورنری انفکشن اور الٹراساونڈ کی رپورٹ جو بتاتی تھی کہ یوٹرس اور باقی پیلوس ان ریماراک ایبل ہے اور یورنری بلیڈر میں سٹون ہے ارریگولر سا
مجھے کچھ عجیب سا لگا تو ایکسرے کروایا
پتہ چلا عرصہ 9 سال سے کوپر ٹی یورنری بلیڈر معصوم میں پڑی ہوئی تھی😳
اس پر سٹون فارمیشن ہو چکی تھی
اور اسکا ایک لمب ٹوٹ چکا تھا
پھر میں نے اسکی سرجری کر کے کاپر ٹی یورنری بلیڈر معصوم سے نکال دی
پیشنٹ خیر سے ٹھیک ہو کے گھر چلی گئی اور آج تک رمضان میں بہترین کھجوریں اس کے
گھر سے آتی ہیں 😁
