35 year old male with history of left knee injury while playing football 1 year back. He presented with complaints of pain in knee and giving way and instability of knee. Pre-operative MRI showed full thickness tear of ACL and grade III tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Patient underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and medial meniscus shaving which yeilded excellent results. ACL surgery is not only about good implant position on x rays. Patient's functional status depends a lot on post-operative rehabilitation protocol. A compilation of post-operative videos show patient doing supervised rehabilitation. Posting a rare case of osteoblastoma of right acetabulum posterior column in a 26 year old female who presented with hip pain for last 5 years. During initial work-up CT guided biopsy of lesion was done which showed osteoblastoma. Then we proceeded with extended curretage of lesion. Although we were prepared to do bone grafting with plate fixation, but hip was stable throughout arc of motion intra-operatively. At just over one year follow up patient is painfree and happy. 60 year old female with debilitating knee pain for several years had severely arthritic knees. After optimization, patient underwent single stage knee replacement for both knees. Allhamdolillah patient recoved uneventfully. At 3 weeks from surgery, she can be seen doing exercises actively. I recently facilitated a workshop on "How to Start Research: Simple Steps for Beginners," at Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital. It was attended by 24 enthusiastic doctors! We covered everything from selecting a research topic and conducting literature reviews to choosing research methods and analyzing data. It was an interactive session with plenty of hands-on activities, where participants learned the essential steps in research while building confidence in their abilities.

35 year old male has sustained open comminuted fracture of right leg for which external fixator was applied in another hospital. He presented to me with exposed bone and infected wound. I removed all the dead bone and applied circular external fixator (ilizarov). To fill bone defect segment transport technique was utilized. Patient remained under my follow up for almost 1 year. Finally new bone was mature enough and bone union had occured and all the wounds were clear, I removed ilizarov. Patient can been seen to walk with near normal gait. Allhamdolillah! at Mukhtar A. 4.5 year old girl had presented with bilateral dysplastic hips. She underwent staged reduction of hip joints. She has been under my follow up for last 2 years. Her final x rays show concentrically reduced hip joints. A compilation of videos over last 2 years show good functional outcome and ability to do different tasks normally and independantly.
