35 year old male with history of left knee injury while playing football 1 year back. He presented with complaints of pain in knee and giving way and instability of knee. Pre-operative MRI showed full thickness tear of ACL and grade III tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Patient underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and medial meniscus shaving which yeilded excellent results. ACL surgery is not only about good implant position on x rays. Patient's functional status depends a lot on post-operative rehabilitation protocol. A compilation of post-operative videos show patient doing supervised rehabilitation.
