آج کل ہیضے کی وبا پھیلی ہوئی ہے.
بہت زیادہ الٹیاں اور پانی والے دست آنے کی وجہ سے پانی کی شدید کمی ہو جاتی ہے.
جس کی وجہ سے گردے کام کرنا چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔اگر پانی اور نمکیات کی کمی کو بروقت پورا نہ کیا جائے تو ہیضے کی وجہ سے موت بھی واقع ہو سکتی ہے۔
📢📢📢 اس سے بچنے کے لئے مندرجہ ذیل احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار کریں.
1) بازار سے ملنے والی کھانے پینے کی چیزوں کا استعمال کم کر دیں۔
2) رفع حاجت کے بعد اور کھانا کھانے سے پہلے ہاتھ اچھی طرح صابن سے دھوئیں۔
3) ہاتھوں کی صفائی کا خاص خیال رکھیں.
4) پھلوں اور سلاد کا استعمال اچھی طرح دھو کر کریں۔ البتہ وہ لوگ جنہیں پانی والے دست لگے ہوں وہ دست رکنے تک پھلوں اور سلاد کا استعمال روک دیں۔
5) پانی ابال کر استعمال کریں۔
6) الٹی اور دست لگنے کی صورت میں ابلے ہوئے پانی میں نمکول ORS ڈال کر زیادہ سے زیادہ پئیں۔
7) اگر نمکول میسر نہ ہو تو شکنجمیں بنا کر یا پانی میں نمک اور چینی ڈال کر زیادہ سے زیادہ پیئیں۔
*8) موشن کی صورت میں کیلا، دہی، کچھڑی، ابلے ہوئے چاولوں اور یخنی کا استعمال کریں.
9) کسی بھی قسم کے جوس اور کولڈ ڈرنکس سے پرہیز کریں۔
10) اگر موشن یا الٹیاں نہ رکیں، ہاتھ، پاؤں ٹھنڈے ہو جائیں یا چھوٹے پیشاب میں کمی محسوس ہو تو فوری طور پر ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کریں۔
11) بچوں اور بزرگوں کی صورت میں بھی فوری طور پر ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کریں۔

ایک ماں اپنے بچے کو اس طرح ہسپتال لے کر آئی۔کہ بچے کو بخار ہے اور کھانسی ہے اس طرح باندھنے کا مقصد بچہ حرکت نہ کرے سکون سے لیٹے اور ہاتھ پاؤں نہ مارے۔ یہ عمل میں نے زیادہ پٹھان لوگوں میں دیکھا ہے۔اور یہ بچے کیلئے جان لیوہ ثابت ہو سکتا۔ کیونکہ جب بھی نمونیا یا چیسٹ انفیکشن ہو۔ سانس کی رفتار تیز ہو جاتی تاکہ پھیپڑوں کو آ کسیجن کی مقدار صحیح سے ملے اور سینے کا حرکت کرنا اس سب عمل میں انتہائی اہم ہے۔ اگر بچے کا سینہ اس طرح بندھا ہو تو سانس صحیح طریقے سے نہیں لیا جا سکتا۔ نمونیا پاکستان میں بچوں کی اموات میں ایک میجر فیکٹر گنا جاتا ہے۔ خدارا بچوں کو باندھ کر نہ سلائیں اور سینہ خراب ہونے کی صورت میں ہرگز نہیں۔
