Using our Patient Portal feature, patients will be able to monitor their own health. Patients will have the option to self-schedule their own appointments, retrieve all medical records and lab reports, request ambulate services, complete all payments before appointments, access educational material for all related aspects of their care, and receive alerts and notifications of all upcoming appointments and vaccinations/procedures. The Patient Portal is also available in a phone application. Using our Electronic Medical Record feature, Medical Links will be able to send e-prescriptions to patients’ pharmacy and create Care Gaps to educate patients on how to achieve the best level of care. With integration at all levels, medical records will be electronic and shared among different subspecialties to optimize the connectedness among patients’ doctors. Using our Telehealth feature, patients will only need to come in for actual physical examinations, procedures, and vaccinations. All other follow-up appointments and results discussion will occur over the phone. Medical Links is affiliated with renowned hospitals and will arrange for our patients to receive treatment, nationally and internationally as needed.
