I have taken a lot of workshops, camps, campaigns, social welfare activities , business development coaches, research, seminars, projects and now practically applying my knowledge to the fullest. My aim is to spread awareness about major diseases and the role of diet in Diseases prevention & treatment.In my opinion Only a good active healthy lifestyle and diet contribute a major role in preventing the most common diseases to the most critical cases. Prevention is cheapest and better than cure 💯
