The Orientation Program for the 1st Professional Pharm-D, 10th Batch at the Southern Punjab Institute of Health Sciences (SPIHS), Multan, opened with a warm welcome to its newest cohort. The program aims to facilitate connections with faculty and peers and to immerse attendees in the academic milieu. Organized by the Department of Pharmacy as part of the USP group, the ceremony took place on Monday, 6 October 2025, at Fatima Jinnah Auditorium.
-Dr. Bashir Ahmed Chaudary, Head of the Department of Pharmacy, addressed the institute's commitment to preparing students for successful careers by fostering a supportive and enriching environment.
-Dr. Muhammad Uzair, Assistant HOD, highlighted the vital role of pharmacists
-Dr. HM Abdur Rahman, Associate Professor (Senior Programme coordinator), introduced the academic structure and outlined rules, regulations, and exam policies
-Dr. Hina Javaid, Associate Professor, presented the 1st Prof Faculty
