Alhamdulillah Feedback by another satisfied patient who insisted for video message.He is asthmatic and admitted with acute severe asthma to our ward.Managed well by our team and discharged on day 07 stable and sent home with well written home Asthma action plan
Kudos to the team Pulmonology Nishtar 2 Multan under supervision of team leader Waqas Afzal sab,Our SR played a pivotal role as usual and Special red Salute to staff nurses,Mos,WmOs care takers who left no stone unturned in best possible patient care under limited resource

Alhamdulillah Feedback by satisfied patient who presented with Respiratory failure and coma grade 2 due to COPD.He was treated by team Pulmonology dept.Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar 2 Multan via NiV ,Bipap,controlled Fi02 along with agressive medical management.After 07 days he was sent home on LTOT with home discharge plan and RX.

"WORLD COPD AWARENESSDAY"
An Awareness walk arranged by Pulmonology dept.Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar 2 Multan on the eve of World COPD DAY 2K25.Walk started from Admin office to the Medical ER.Walk was headed by Worthy MS Waqas Afzal sab Our head of dept.Drs from administraion and various other departments participated for the good cause.
Alhamdulillah message well delivered to the public.Pulmonology dept Nishtar 2 always leading from the front in academic excellence,arranging seminars,walks and doing best for the services of ailing humanity

Alhamdulillah milestone achieved
500 procedures i.e.CVC line insertion,Chest intubation,pleural biopsies ,POCUS guided lung mass biopsies completed At Pulmonology dept.Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar 2 Multan in the period of 1.5 years.Record is maintained and available at our department in hard and soft copy as well.
Cake cutting done at MS abbas Naqvi sab office along with whole team and administration.
Thanks to Waqas Afzal sab for guiding us and being an energentic leader.We are humbled to havd you as our head and chair person

Awareness lecture on much needed topic " SMOG causes and preventions " well delivered by our Head of department Dr Waqas Afzal and well organized by Pulmonology dept.Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar 2 Multan.
Doctors from various depts and paramediacs participated and benefited.SMOG is anticipated bad fith season of south and north Punjab and we are fully prepared to combat it and our dept il continue to spread awareness to the folks and always ready to serve the community.Focal person for SMOG awareness and preventions il continue such activities in near future too.
After the lecture our department gave appreciation awards to the best staff and doctors for their selfless care to the patients and their hardwork.
