~Today on the 15/05/2026 at 8:15am Medical Superintendent Dr. Fakhar Abbas Shah visited TCH Hospital Nishtar II. Visited various hospital departments and outer area , interacting with staff and patients, and reviewing services to ensure quality care and efficient management.
~Cleanliness was satisfactory
~ IPC & Sanitary protocols are being followed and directions were issued to further improve delivery services.

The Medical Superintendent ⚡️Dr Syed Fakhar Abbas Shah ⚡️conducted a morning round of the hospital’s outer areas to review cleanliness, security, patient flow, parking management, and overall maintenance. During the visit, different sections of the hospital exterior were inspected, and instructions were given to ensure proper sanitation, waste disposal, and smooth movement of patients and attendants. The MS emphasized maintaining a clean environment, improving discipline, and addressing any maintenance issues on priority to enhance the overall hospital atmosphere and patient care services.

Today we planned a lecture to the orthopedics and trauma unit drs of Nishtar-II, Tertiary Care Hospital, Multan on topic of ; Orthopedic and Trauma Related Pulmonology Emergencies; WHEN TO CALL THE PULMONOLOGIST?
Well delivered by our Vibrant SR Shehxad Rana.It included All type of ER cases and After lecture questions were answered by our the speaker and our HOD Dr Muhammad Kamran Shafi, and Drs from Orthopedics,Neurosurgery,ENT,Anasthesia department and nurses and paramedics of ER were today,s target Audience .

Pulmonology dept TCH Nishtar 2 undervision of Worthy Medical superitendent Dr Fkhar Abbas Shah sab organized World Asthma day walk and Lecture on Acute exacerbation of Asthma.
After lecture Dr. Waqas Afzal Head of pulmonology dept.share his experiecne and Data of last of last one year to whole faculty.Closing the event with Golden words of MS sab and appreciation for pulmo dept was worth to listen.
Today audi3nce was Medicine dept With HOD Dr. Tahir ch sab, ENT with HOD Dr. Hassan Nisar sab,Orthopedic dept With HOD dr Kamran shafi sab,Neurosurgery dept.With HOD dr Syed Zahid hussain sab, Drs from general cadre,Staff nurses,paramedics and supprting staff.
