What to eat after your gall bladder removal surgery ( cholecystectomy)
1. Avoid high fat diet .
2. Less consumption of milk and dairy products .
3. Take alot of veggies and fruits.
4. Take meals in portions , avoid taking meals 3 times a day instead eat small meals 2 hourly .
5. Regular walk and little exercise will help to keep your cholesterol in normal proportion .
6. Regular check up by your concerned doctor will help you to prevent post op complications.

Incisinal hernia is protrusion of any viscus from previous scar mark. It is best avoided after surgery by reduction of weight in obese patients, by applying abdominal belts, care of post op wound in post operative period and avoiding strenuous exercise and preventing severe chest infections

Haemorrhoid (piles) are internal and external types.
They may cause painless bleeding which patient notices on toilet paper(after passing stools)
They become painful in later stages or when they become thrombosed.
Initial treatment of type one and two as mentioned in diagram is mostly medical, injection sclerotherapy and Rubber band ligation (if patient has normal clotting profile).
Third and fourth type require surgery .
Home remedies include avoiding constipation,using soft fiber diet, regular exercise to reduce weight, clean hygiene and applying cold packs on affected site.

Costochondral pain is different from breast pain and patient sometimes mistakenly sense it as breast pain.
Actually it is due to some other case related to underlying structures but not the breast. So proper evaluation should be done . And patient is encouraged to take pain killers and muscle relaxants.
