As a clinical psychologist, I want to remind you that ALL FEELINGS ARE REAL and deserve to be acknowledged! I accept my emotions, and I accept yours too. Denying or suppressing emotions can lead to mental and physical damage. Let's break the stigma surrounding emotional expression and recognize that mental health issues are just as valid as physical ones. I openly acknowledge my own struggles, and I encourage you to do the same. Together, let's embrace our emotions and foster a culture of understanding and support. "
