Murree is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas north-east of Islamabad in Pakistan. The hill- station at Murree was established by the British in 1851. It was the second largest hill- station in the area after the summer Presidency Capital at Simla and the summer residence of the local Government in the Punjab until 1876. This view overlooks the town with the Anglican church on the skyline

ٱللَّٰهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ .
