آج کی ویڈیو میں ہم آپ کو دکھا رہے ہیں ایک نایاب اور پیچیدہ سرجری – جہاں ایک بھینس میں ڈایافراگمی ہرنیا (Diaphragmatic Hernia) کا کامیاب علاج کیا گیا۔

سرجری کے آغاز میں ہم نے رومینوٹومی (Rumenotomy) کی، تاکہ پیٹ کے اندر دباؤ کم کیا جا سکے اور اندرونی ساخت کو بہتر طور پر دیکھا جا سکے۔
اس کے بعد لیپروٹومی (Laparotomy) کے ذریعے ہرنیل رنگ (Hernial Ring) کو بند کیا گیا۔

یہ ایک چیلنجنگ کیس تھا، لیکن اللہ کے فضل سے سرجری کامیابی سے مکمل ہوئی۔

Have you ever seen diaphragmatic hernia surgery in a buffalo?
In this video, we’re sharing a rare and complex surgical case where a buffalo with diaphragmatic hernia was successfully treated.

We began the procedure with a rumenotomy to reduce abdominal pressure and gain better access to internal organs.
This was followed by a laparotomy to close the hernial ring securely.

It was a challenging surgery, but Alhamdulillah, it was completed successfully.
