Neurosurgery is a universe in itself. Today I did one of the most challenging Spine Surgeries (trans pedicular/ Trans Laminar fixation) I ever did in my Career. Dislocated Facets and angulated Pedicles. Had to place a Translaminar screws at L5 and Transpedicular at L3. But Alhamdolillah had a success and my Patient is fine and doing well. .
