Today a male patient came at our clinic with
c/o infertility, the ultrasound scan vedio is as below showing few tiny bright reflectors on the right side, seems like microliths.

Testicular microlithiasis is an unusual condition. It is believed to be found in 0.1–0.6% of males globally, with frequency varying based on geographic location and is more often found in individuals with subfertility. It is often an asymptomatic, non-progressive disease; though in a very small number of cases it may also cause bouts of extreme chronic fatigue, hormone imbalance and pain, which can be severe and accompanied by swelling around the testicular region (dependent on the size and location of the calcification)

Hematometrocolpos refers to a blood-filled distended uterus and va**na usually due to an anatomical mechanical obstruction precluding the evacuation of the menstrual blood.

A young female patient came at our clinic today with blocked urine, since last night.
The pelvic ultrasound scan shows a large almost oval shaped hypoechoic collection with low level of internal echoes, below the Ub, suggestive of blood collection in the va**na. (Hematometrocolpos).
