Heck's disease :🦠 🦠🦠

1. This is a benign viral disease that affects the mucous cavity of the mouth.
2. Alarming: Human papilloma virus (HPV), (more often types 13 and 32) are not oncogenic
3. Children and young people suffer the most often, as well as people with immunodeficiency (those affected by HIV or after organ transplantation)
4. The disease is benign, formations can last for years but often disappear spontaneously after a few months or years (especially in 👥hildren) as the immune response to the virus develops.
Relapses are possible, but not frequent.
The Treatment:
It is not required more often, as losses tend to spontaneous regression.
Treatment is shown if:
* The elements are traumatized.
*being uncomfortable and traumatized
Methods of treatment:
* Surgical section **.
* Cryotherapy
* Laser ablation - CO2 laser, erbial laser
*Electro coagulation *
It is important to differentiate Heck's disease from:
* Viral warts (caused by other types of HPV, usually more bulky).
* End of term condoms.
* Flat-cell papilloma.
* Buschke-Levenstein condiloms.
* Verruciform

New Al Shifa Dental Clinic🦷🎥THE original diagram is just IMPOSSIBLE, since the two forces are not in equilibrium. I can't say the force on the premolar or the one of the molar is right, I can only say they simply cannot exist together!
Now, I assumed the red force is actually applied to the premolar and I have created a correct Free Body Diagram with forces in equilibrium.
I must be a bit harsh here: if you don't understand this, you really need a good Biomechanics Course (or repeat it?)
