اسلام آباد : ایم ڈی کیٹ کا امتحان جولائی کے بعد لینے کا فیصلہ کرلیا گیا ، امتحانات ایف ایس سی اور اے لیول کے امتحانات کے فوری بعد لیے جائیں گے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق قومی اسمبلی کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے صحت کا اہم اجلاس چیئرمین ڈاکٹر مہیش ملانی کی زیرِ صدارت منعقد ہوا، اجلاس میں وفاقی وزیر صحت مصطفیٰ کمال، وزارتِ صحت کے اعلیٰ حکام اور پاکستان میڈیکل اینڈ ڈینٹل کونسل کے نمائندگان نے شرکت کی۔

پی ایم ڈی سی حکام نے کمیٹی کو ایم ڈی کیٹ امتحانات کی ممکنہ تاریخوں کے حوالے سے بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے بتایا کہ فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے کہ ایم ڈی کیٹ کے امتحانات ایف ایس سی اور اے لیول کے امتحانات کے فوری بعد لیے جائیں گے۔

کمیٹی کو بتایا گیا کہ کیمبرج سسٹم کے تحت امتحانات 8 جون کو ختم ہو جائیں گے، جبکہ ملک بھر میں ایف ایس سی یا اے لیول کا آخری پرچہ 20 جولائی 2026 کو ہوگا اور صوبہ سندھ میں انٹرمیڈیٹ کا آخری پرچہ 30 مئی کو ختم ہو جائے گا۔

پی ایم ڈی سی حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ کونسل کی بھرپور کوشش ہے کہ ملک بھر میں تمام تعلیمی بورڈز کے امتحانات ختم ہونے کے بعد ہی ایم ڈی کیٹ کا انعقاد کیا جائے تاکہ کسی بھی طالب علم کا حق متاثر نہ ہو۔

بریفنگ کے مطابق رواں سال ایک لاکھ سے زائد طلبہ ایم ڈی کیٹ کے امتحان میں حصہ لیں گے۔

کونسل نے یقین دہانی کرائی ہے کہ اتنی بڑی تعداد میں طلبہ کے لیے امتحانی مراکز اور دیگر انتظامات کو شفاف بنانے کے لیے تمام ضروری اقدامات کیے جا رہے ہیں۔

وزیر صحت مصطفیٰ کمال نے ہدایت کی کہ امتحانات کے انعقاد میں شفافیت کو ہر صورت یقینی بنایا جائے اور تاریخوں کا اعلان اس طرح کیا جائے کہ طلبہ کو تیاری کے لیے مناسب وقت مل سکے۔
