Today, Dr. Muhammad Geer, DHO Kohistan Lower, handed over NS1 kits for dengue diagnosis to THQ Hospital Pattan and RHC Ranolia. This initiative will enable early detection of dengue cases, facilitating timely treatment and control measures. This will Strengthen the diagnostic capabilities to combat dengue effectively for Early detection and treatment to reduce dengue-related complications.
This shows the DHO's commitment to public health and community well-being.
The Honorable DHO further announced that this test will be free of cost for all the community.

Today, the DHO Dr. Muhammad Geer led an orientation session on Dengue Prevention & Control for Ulama, village chairman's, community elders, and social activists at Kohistan Inn Hotel, supported by KDO Organization.

In response to public complaints, the Dr.Muhammad Geer, DHO Kohistan Lower has launched a comprehensive anti-dengue campaign with support of District Administration and TMA in the Muslim Bagh, Pattan Kohistan Lower. The DHO personally supervised this campaign though out the day.

Key activities include:

- Indoor Residual Spray (IRS) and fogging to eliminate dengue mosquitoes
- Active search operations to identify breeding sites
- Community awareness sessions, led by the DHO, with participation from local Ulamas.
- Distribution of informative pamphlets and awareness materials
- Briefings on dengue prevention and control measures to the community

The DHO thanked all the participants and community members for their valuable support and ensured to do the combine efforts to eliminate this virus from the Partan.

Today anti dengue activities under the supervision of DHO Dr.Muhammad Geer Kohistan Lower, where the AACs and MS THQ Hospital Partan also Participated. اس موقع پر *ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر جنرل کوہستان لوئر، ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر فنانس اینڈ پلاننگ، اسسٹنٹ کمشنر پٹن، پبلک ہیلتھ کوآرڈینیٹر ، ای پی آئی کوآرڈینیٹر اور سمیت تمام متعلقہ افسران و اہلکاروں نے شرکت کی اور
ڈپٹی کمشنر کوہستان لوئر نے اس موقع پر والدین سے پرزور اپیل کی کہ وہ اپنے پانچ سال سے کم عمر تمام بچوں کو پولیو کے قطرے ضرور پلائیں تاکہ انہیں پولیو جیسی موذی اور خطرناک بیماری سے محفوظ بنایا جا سکے۔
یہ مہم یکم سے ۴ ستمبر ۲۰۲۵ تک ہوگی۔
