Gut can be the main reason for not losing weight.
Bloating, no energy, and stuck at the same weight even after eating healthy.
It is not only about calories you intake, it can be your sluggish gut with slow metabolism.

Reasons can be:
Low fiber diet
High caffeine intake
Irregular meals
High cortisol levels due to stress

But you can fix it easily by minor habits adding into your daily routine:
Small and balanced meals
Eat every 3-4 hours
10 min daily walk
Add 1 fruit serving
1 fermented food daily(yogurt, pickles)
More salad items
A great amount of protein intake

Banana peanut butter oatmeal
Serving=1
Calories: 350-400

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup water or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: honey, chopped nuts, or seeds for topping

Instructions:

1. Cook oats with water/milk until creamy (about 5 minutes).
2. Cook for a minute.
3. Cool it down
4. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
5. Add sliced banana.
6. Top with honey, nuts, or seeds (optional).

Caesar salad recipe
Serving=1
Calories: 300-400 kcal

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of lettuce/cabbage
- 1/4 cup yogurt-based dressing (with cumin, coriander, and lemon)
- 1/2 cup croutons (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Grilled chicken
- 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas

Instructions:

1. Toss lettuce with yogurt dressing.
2. Top with croutons, cheese, and cilantro.
3. Drizzle with lemon juice.
4. Add grilled chicken and chickpeas.
