All coronary angioplasty are life saving but this was true proud moment for me as a cardiologist
A pt who had new onset LBBB was referred to me by medical specialist for abdominal pain.
His echo showed impaired LVEF of 35%. We loaded him and his coronary showed totally occluded LAD and almost subtotal RCA full of clots
Now if his RCA was total he was gone.
He had faint distal flow to keep him alive and that was only coz we loaded him in hospital with clexane and dual anti platelets.
RCA was very risky and life saving full of clots.
Allah has been very merciful RCA revascularization done and pt life saved.

After heart team approach patient planned for high risk PCI from LMS to LAD.
