This patient underwent lumpectomy in periphery for a small lump without addressing da axilla. Post operatively margins came out positive with skin involement and multiple axillary nodes. So we did MRM with level 2 axillary dissection and preserving da major neuro vasculer structures. We are also planning for an LD flap once her chemo is completed in collaboration of our skillful plastic surgeon dr Zohaib Hidayat in sha ALLAH
