جب بچوں کا سینہ جب خراب ھو جاتا ھے تو کچھ مائیں بچوں کا سینہ کپڑے سے مضبوطی کےساتھ باندھ لیتے ھیں۔ یہ ایک انتہائ خطرناک عمل ھے اس سے بچے کی جان جا سکتی ھے۔ یہ بچے کو فائدہ کے بجائے نقصان پہنچاتی ھے کیونکہ جب سینہ خراب ہوجاتا ھے تو فطری عوامل انسان کو موت سے بچانے کے لئے متحرک ھو جاتے ھے جیسے سانس کا پھولنا اور چھاتی کا تیز تیز حرکت شروع کرنا تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ آکسیجن کینچح سکے ۔ لہذہ سینہ باند ھنے سے آکسیجن کھینچنے میں مزید دشواری ھو جاتی ھے اور بچے کی تکلیف میں مزید اضافہ ھو جاتا ھے۔ اسلئے اس عمل کی حوصلہ شکنی کریں...
سینہ خراب ہونے کی صورت میں فوری طور پر بچوں کے ڈاکٹرزc سے چیک کروائیں.

Good news for stroke patients in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa—

Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar has become the first health facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where stroke thrombolysis was launched on Wednesday.

If a stroke patient is brought to the neurology department of HMC within 3 hours, the neurologists, headed by Dr Ayazul Haq, can unblock clot in the brain and the patient will be able to live a normal life.

An injection used in this treatment costs Rs100, 000, but the HMC administration decided to offer it free of cost at the moment. A 70 years old patient Anwar Gul from Hayatabad was the lucky one to have availed this facility on Wednesday. The facility is so available in day time as there is a five-member team in the neurology department but their aim is to ensure it round the clock from next year. Neurologist Dr Ayazul Haq a noble soul and pioneer of neurology services in HMC.

Medical Director Prof Shehzad Akbar and Dean KGMC Prof Zahid Zaman and obviously chairman BoG Sahibzada Saeed played a key role in initiating modern health services in HMC.

MDCAT Test 2022 conducted by KMU will be held on Sunday 13 November
The MDCAT 2022 test for admissions to medical and dental colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be held simultaneously on Sunday, November 13 in various centers of the province. The test will consist of a three-hour paper as per the syllabus and guidelines of the Pakistan Medical Commission.
These decisions were taken in a special meeting of the Provincial Admission Committee under the chairmanship of Provincial Health Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra. The vice chancellor of Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar Professor Dr. Zia ul Haq, the Secretary of Health, and other relevant officials also attended the meeting.
It was decided in the meeting that ETEA will make the paper of the said test in the light of the syllabus of the Pakistan Medical Commission and KMU will be responsible for the arrangements for the test. The test will be held simultaneously in different centers of the province starting at 11 am and ending at 2 pm.
Regarding the test, it was also decided that the carbon copy of the test will be provided to the students at the end of the paper and the KEY of the test will be uploaded on the website of PMC, ETEA, and KMU at 9 pm on the same day. It was also decided that after obtaining the data of all the students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from PMC, these students will soon be allotted their roll number slips and test centers, while the PMC will also be approached for all the costs to be rendered on the test.
In the meeting, it was decided to hold a meeting immediately with the relevant authorities of ETEA under the chairmanship of the Secretary of Higher Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to discuss and decide further issues.
