Prof. Muhammad Irfan (Professor & Head of Psychiatry, Peshawar Medical College), who has served as President-Elect for the past three years, now assumes office as President of the World Association of Cultural Psychiatry (WACP) for the 2025–2028 term. Mabrook to him, and to the entire PMC and Prime Foundation fraternity. We pray that he continues to excel and make a lasting impact, especially in advancing WACP’s one of the thematic focus area on the integration of faith, science, and mental health.

7. گاڑی میں ایندھن شام کے اوقات میں بھریں۔
8. صبح کے وقت گاڑی میں سفر سے گریز کریں۔
9. خاص طور پر سفر کے دوران گاڑی کے ٹائروں کو زیادہ نہ بھریں۔
🔴 بچھوؤں اور سانپوں سے محتاط رہیں کیونکہ وہ اپنی بلوں سے نمایاں طور پر باہر آئیں گے اور ٹھنڈے مقامات کی تلاش میں کھیتوں اور گھروں میں داخل ہو سکتے ہیں۔

GOOD NEWS IN THE REALM OF MENTAL HEALTHCARE
Starting with first episode psychosis should proceed towards similar guidelines for other major mental health disorders. PIPH was its community engagement partner to engage traditional healers in its prelude to community based research.

Early intervention in psychosis services will be provided to 700 patients in Pakistan and Sri Lanka
