A short review of Gara Tajik Hospital improvement and development for the last one year (June 2022 to June 2023) is presented as follows:
1.MS Dr Erum ensured regularity and punctuality in duties of all staff by installation of BIOMETRIC SYSTEM for all three shifts.
2. Regular comprehensive daily rounds of the Hospital and weekly meetings with all Staff.
3.She has given clear and Strict directions to her administrative and ministerial staff to provide timely all necessary Instruments/equipments, Reagents, Chemicals, dental materials etc to concerned Departments so that the patients get full benefits of the Hospital facilities.
4.Poor electric Supply is the main issue and hurdle in providing tertiary care level hospitals services to the Community. She approached PESCO and other concerned authorities for provision of X Press line to the hospital, still in progress. By provision of X Press line we will be able to start MAJOR OPERATION THEATRE in this hospital because most of the Doctors working in this hospital are FCPS/MCPS qualified ,I would like to mention their Names. Dr Saleem Khan District ENT Specialist, Dr Hameed, Dr Gulzar are Orthopaedic surgeons, Dr Hamza Plastic Surgeon, Dr Seema gul ,Dr Afsha Gyneacologists, Dr Waqar Children Specialist ,,Dr Sidra Ultrasonolgist, Dr Umair and Dr Faria are Specialists in Dentistry. The surrounding community must be proud of these qualified Specialist Doctors working in this hospital
5. The old non functional Solar System a challenging issue, through Constant Struggle was solved and replaced by a New one by the present administration.
6.Timely provision of above mentioned facilities made a tremendous increase in OPD and investigations ratio increased from 500 to 5 thousands.Similar increase noticed in Digital X Ray, ECG , Ultrasound and wards admissions.
7. Daily Proper patients related statistical
data compilation fr onward submission to high ups.
8.Establishment of New well furnished purpose built laboratory ,the previous one was confined to a small room.
9. Establishment of Conference Hall for meeting purposes. There was no Conference Room in this hospital before this.
10 First time hospital renovation, White wash since its Establishment.
11.A mega size Parking Shade fr hospital Staff .
12.Hospital roof was full with condamination Equipments/ tools ,which were shifted to Nakai hospital( main district peshawar Store) in the best public interest.
13. Ensuring and practicing proper dress code in hospital.
14.Hospital lawns renovation in progress.
15.keeping in view the highest level of performance of this hospital and Qualified Specialist Doctors ,Rahman Medical College through an MOU approached this hospital for affiliation to teach to the Clinical students of RMC, through this MOU made by Govt Health Department, the surrounding community will definitely be benefited.
16. Establishment of separate main Female OPD counter in hospital.
Our top priority is to provide best quality health services to the ailing humanity, let's join hands in this regard to leave no stone unturned to relieve the suffering of ailing humanity at all possible levels.
