All students who have any issue in their *DMC*—such as missing *Theory marks*, *Viva marks not entered*, or any other discrepancy—are informed to submit their *written application along with the DMC* to the Faculty Office **by the 6th December 2025*

All received applications will be forwarded to the Medical Faculty for further processing, so that the issues can be resolved in a timely manner.
