This old lady from Narowal presented in Doctors Hospital Lahore.... was found to have multinodular goitre with significant retrosternal extension causing respiratory problems... She was operated in Doctors Hospital Lahore... After surgery she developed pulmonary oedema and postoperatively shifted to ICU ... After about 20 hours she got stabilised and was discharged safely without any eventful outcome... Alhamdulillah
