The KMCCON Preconference Workshop on Mastering Laparoscopic Gynae concluded successfully with active participation from students, HOs, TMOs, and consultants.

Held over two days, 31st March 2026 at PGMI, Peshawar Vet Lab, and 1st April 2026 at Modular OT, Khyber Teaching Hospital, the workshop provided an excellent platform for hands-on learning and academic exchange.

The workshop was expertly led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Asma Ambreen (Chief Organizer) along with esteemed master trainers Prof. Dr. M. Zarin, Dr. M. Imran Khan, and Dr. Nisar Ahmed.

Appreciation to focal persons Dr. Zia Ullah and Dr. M. Amin Khan for their dedicated coordination and support.

The 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 successfully organized an informative orientation session for newly inducted Ward Record Keepers.

The Associate Medical Director, 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐈𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐫 encouraged with opening remarks, highlighting the values of discipline and hard work as essential for success in their roles.

HR Officer - 𝐒𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐳𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢 provided an insightful introduction to the hospital, Leave and Attendance policies, setting a strong foundation for the event.

This was followed by a comprehensive presentation on the rules and responsibilities by Bed Managers - 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧 & 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐢.

HMIS Administrator - 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐧 𝐙𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 delivered an engaging briefing on the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), underscoring its importance in daily operations.

The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony to warmly welcome the newly appointed Ward Record Keeper.

The new Ward Record Keeper expressed their appreciation for the informative session, which effectively equipped them for their upcoming responsibilities.
