Subject: Urgent Appeal: Revision of Salaries and Allowances for Pakistan Government Servants
​Dear Dr. Mahir Binici,
​We, the public sector employees of Pakistan, urge you to recommend a realistic revision of salaries and allowances in line with the 2026 inflation rate during the ongoing budget consultations. The soaring cost of living has severely impacted government servants and their families.
​We specifically request your support for:
​Pay Revision linked to the current inflation rate.
​Enhanced Medical Allowance to meet rising healthcare costs.
​Increased Conveyance Allowance due to high fuel prices.
​Upgraded House Rent Allowance to match current market realities.
​Reduction of Taxes on the salaried class to protect our purchasing power.
​A direct salary freeze will accelerate brain drain and deeply impact essential public sectors, including healthcare and education. We hope the IMF will consider the human element of these fiscal policies.

We pay tribute to Shahidullah Khan, the Health Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for his special interest, sincere efforts, and positive approach toward resolving the issues of Allied Health Professionals.
Listening to the genuine concerns of Allied Health Professionals, who are serving on the frontline of the healthcare system, and taking practical steps for their resolution is highly commendable.
It is hoped that under his leadership, further effective measures will be taken to ensure the rightful status of Allied Health Professionals, along with better service structure, promotion opportunities, and administrative rights.

پیرامیڈیکل ایسوسی ایشن (AHP) خیبرپختونخوا کا ہنگامی اجلاس آج پشاور میں زیر صدارت صدر مجاھد اعظم منعقد ہوا۔۔ اجلاس کا باقاعدہ آغاز تلاوت کلام پاک سے ہوا۔.حاجی لقمان گل صاحب کے ریٹائرمنٹ پر نئے صوبائی چیئرمین حاجی بشیر احمد صاحب کے نامزدگی کی گئ۔۔۔جسکے بعد سیکرٹری جنرل شمس التاج صاحب نے ایجنڈا پیش کیا، اجلاس میں صوبہ بھر کے تمام الائیڈ ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز پیرامیڈیکس برادری کو درپیش مسائل ومطالبات پر تفصیلی بحث ومباحثہ کیا گیا۔اور اس بات پر افسوس کا اظہار کیا گیا۔۔کہ چونکہ موجودہ ہیلتھ سیکٹریٹ اور ہیلتھ ڈائریکٹوریٹ الائیڈ ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز کے مسائل ومطالبات کے حل کرنے میں سنجیدہ نہیں اور نہ ہی کویئ ارادہ رکھتے ہیں ۔۔سنیارٹی لسٹوں کے اجراہ سے لیکر مختلف کیڈرز کے پروموشن پراسیسز میں قصدا تاخیری حربے، عدالتی فیصلے کے باوجود ڈائیگناسٹک شئیرز نوٹیفیکیشن جاری نہ کرنا، آئیے روز سینئر EPI سٹاف کیلئے مشکلات پیدا کرنا،ہیلتھ کئیر کمیشن کے غنڈہ گردی، ہسپتالوں کے نجکاری، اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر عبدالعزیز، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ھمایون خان کے غیر قانونی سسپنشن اور بغیر کسی ثبوت کے دوبارہ سسپنشن، اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر فواد کے پیرامیڈیکس دشمنی، اور جائز کاموں میں مداخلت،پانچ سال سے ایک سیٹ پر براجمان ہونا، ، میڈیکل فیکلٹی، PHSA, پیرامیڈیکل انسٹیٹوٹ، کالجز، میں پیرامیڈیکس کے سیٹوں جیسے چیف ایگزیکٹیو، کنٹرولر، رجسٹرار، پرنسپل، وائس پرنسپل اور لیکچررز کے پوسٹوں پر اہل اور کوالیفاییڈ پیرامیڈیکس کی تعیناتی،
سیکیورٹی ایکٹ پر عمل درآمد نہ کرنا، نوزائیدہ الائیڈ ہیلتھ پروفیشنل کونسل کیلئے ڈاکٹرز اور PMDC کے بے جا مداخلت، پوسٹوں کے ریشو انہاسمنٹ، ڈگری ہولڈرز اور MPH کی پروموشن، انتظامی سیٹوں پر CSS/PMS افسران کی تعیناتی، سروس رولز میں ترامیم، فارمیسی ٹیکنیشن کے پوسٹوں پر فارم ڈی کے غیر قانونی پروموشن، IHP اور گاوی ملازمین کے ریگولائرزیشن، گریڈ 12 میں پروموشن اور تنخواہوں کی ادائیگی، جیسے دوسرے مطالبات میں ٹال مٹول اور ہیلتھ منسٹر ، سیکرٹری ہیلتھ ، ڈائریکٹر جنرل ہیلتھ اور ڈائریکٹر(HRM)کے ساتھ بار بار میٹنگ اور دو دفعہ میٹنگ منٹس جاری ہونے کے بعد ان پر عمل درآمد نہ کرنا ، ٹال مٹول سے کام لینا ۔...
۔مجبورا آئیندہ تین چار روز میں صوبائی ایگزیکٹیو کونسل کا اجلاس پشاور میں بلایا جائیے گا ۔۔جسمیں صوبہ گیر احتجاج ،ہڑتال کا اعلان کیا جائیے گا ۔۔جسکی تمام تر زمہ متعلقہ حکام پر عائد ہوگی..

Demands of Government Employees
Government employees across the country are facing severe difficulties due to rising inflation, economic pressure, and a significant increase in basic living expenses. In this context, we strongly urge the government to take immediate and effective measures to address employees’ issues as outlined below:
Revision of Pay Scales
Pay scales should be reviewed and updated in accordance with the current economic conditions.
100% Increase in Salaries
Basic salaries should be increased by at least 100% in view of the high rate of inflation.
Fuel Card in Place of Conveyance Allowance
Considering the continuous rise in fuel prices, the conveyance allowance should be replaced with a fuel card to provide real relief.
Increase in Medical and House Rent Allowances
Medical and house rent allowances should be adjusted according to the inflation rate of the year 2026 to ensure that employees can meet their basic needs.
Otherwise
If no immediate and serious progress is made on the above demands, government employees across all departments nationwide will be compelled to go on an indefinite strike, and the responsibility for any consequences will lie with the government.
We hope that the government will take these legitimate demands seriously and take prompt action to ensure the welfare of employees and the effective functioning of the public sector.

زندگی جبر مسلسل کی طرح کاٹی ہے
جانے کس جرم کی پائی ہے سزا یاد نہیں

ظلم اور بربریت کی انتہا۔۔۔بغیر کسی ثبوت، دلیل کے پہلے 120 دن کیلئے سسپنشن، اور جب واپس ڈیوٹی کیلئے حاظر ہوئے، تو پھر 120 دن کا مزید سسپنشن کا پروانا تھمایا گیا ۔ظلم کی انتہا تو یہ ہے، کہ 120 دن سسپنشن کے بعد بھی ڈیپارٹمنٹ ان پر کچھ ثابت نہ کرسکے۔ اور اپنے نااہلی، اور نالائقی کو چپھانے کیلئے مزید 120 دن کا آرڈر جاری کردیا۔۔۔۔جرم صرف ایمانداری، خلوص، صدق سے الائیڈ ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز پیرامیڈیکس برادری کے خدمت ٹھرا۔۔ اگر گورنمنٹ کے روٹیشن پالیسی پر عمل درآمد کیا جائے ۔۔تو پھر ھیلتھ ڈائریکٹوریٹ اور سیکٹریٹ سے ان تمام عملہ اور افیسرز، ڈائریکٹر کے ٹرانسفر کرایا جائیے۔۔جو سیاسی آشیر باد سے گزشتہ پانچ، سالوں سے کرسیوں سے چمٹے ہوئے ہیں ۔۔اب اس سے زیادہ ظلم پر خاموش رہنا جرم بنتا جارہا ہے ۔۔پیرامیڈیکل ایسوسی ایشن خیبرپختونخوا وزیر اعلی خیبرپختونخوا ، وزیر صحت ،چیف سیکریٹری اور سیکریٹری صحت سے پرزور مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ ۔ڈائریکٹر پیرامیڈیکس ھمایون خان، اور اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر عبد العزیز کو باعزت طور پر فورا انکے سیٹوں پر بحال کرے، اور سازشی اور عرصہ دراز سے بیٹھے لوگوں کو ٹرانسفر کرے۔۔۔بصورت دیگر صوبہ گیر تمام تر احتجاج اور ہڑتال کی زمہ داری متعلقہ حکام پر عائد ہوگی
