𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗳 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼-𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗝𝗶𝗿𝗴𝗮???
Because we believe in Practical actions, not empty propaganda!
When over 90% of the demands have already been addressed and implemented, what is the justification for continued protests? If genuine reforms are the goal, then bring proposals to the table but not drama and disruption. Is this the approach expected from the so-called “cream of the nation”?
It is now evident that this so-called protest is nothing more than a last-ditch effort by a particular mafia group to hijack the health system for their own personal and political interests. Their repetitive tactics are well known to the healthcare community that is create chaos whenever jobs are about to be advertised, build pressure through noise and propaganda, and then submit internal lists filled with their own touts and favorites. But the KP government has not bowed to such blackmail before, and it certainly won’t now.
Let’s be clear the four key demands they’re trying to exploit for protest have already been systematically addressed by the Insaf Doctors Forum:
1. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲: Work is 100% complete. The formal announcement is expected shortly.
2. 𝗞𝗜𝗠𝗦/𝗞𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗙𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻: These institutions have always operated as semi-government from inception. A comparison has already been made and solutions are in process.
3. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Insaf Doctors Forum has already collected vacancy data across all MTI and non-MTI hospitals. Job positions will be announced in phases.
4. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗲𝘀: The tax rate has already been reduced by 50%, thanks to Insaf Doctors Forum’s engagement with the Excise & Taxation Department. If taxation is the real issue, why don’t they protest in front of that department instead?
They know very well that Insaf Doctors Forum has already done the groundwork. Yet, they continue with protests but not for the system or the patients, but for their own relevance and backdoor benefits. The healthcare community has now seen through their game. Their false narratives, failed protests, and manipulative politics have lost all credibility. They stand fully exposed with no mandate, no legitimacy, and no support.
Insaf Doctors Forum firmly believes in resolving issues through dialogue, policy-level reforms, and institutional transparency but never through blackmailing or cheap publicity stunts. We are committed to protecting the dignity of the medical profession, improving healthcare delivery, and securing the rightful interests of doctors through legal, constructive, and professional means.
