""عیدالاضحی کیلئے احتیاطی تدابیر""
عید الاضحی کے دنوں میں بدھضمی اور دیگر بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کیے یہ احتیاطی تدابیر مفید ہیں..

گوشت کو پکانے سے پہلے، چربی کو ہٹا دیں۔
• گوشت کو اچھی طرح پکائیں۔
• بیف/مٹن کےان حصوں (جیسے گردن اور ران ) کا انتخاب کرین جن میں دیگر حصوں کے مقابلے میں چکنائی کی مقدار کم ہو۔
•گرلڈ گوشت بھی ایک متبادل ہے، لیکن گوشت کے ٹکڑوں کا سائز چھوٹا رکھا جانا چاہیے تاکہ گوشت اسانی سے پکا جا سکے، اور دکھائی دینے والی چربی کو ہٹا دیا جائے۔
• اندرونی اعضاء، جن میں بہت زیادہ چکنائی اور کولیسٹرول ہوتا ہے، سے بچنا چاہیے
•۔ کھانے کے درمیان کم از کم 6 گھنٹے کا وقفہ رکھیں۔
•کھانے کے بعد باقاعدگی سے چہل قدمی کریں۔
•عمر رسیدہ خواتین اور حضرات اور جن لوگوں نے مصنوعی دانت لگائے ھو, گوشت کھانے کے دوران خاص خیال رکھیں .اور گوشت کو اچھی طرح چبا کر کھائیں.

•Before cooking the meat, remove as much fat as possible.
• Cook the meat very well in small pieces

•It’s best to choose sections of the Beef/muttons(such as the neck and thigh regions) that have a low-fat content compared to other parts.

•Grilled meat is the healthiest preparation alternative, but the size of the meat pieces should be kept small to reduce the amount of time the meat is exposed to the heat, and any visible fats should be removed..
•Internal organs, which contain a lot of fat and cholesterol, should be avoided.
•Maintain a break of atleast 6 hours between meals.
•Do regular walking after meals
•Elderly ladies and gents and those having
artificial dentures should be particulary careful during eating meat
