Al Hijama

Al Hijama Hijama is the Arabic traditional medicine for wet cupping, where blood is drawn by vacuum from a small skin incision for therapeutic purposes.

Cupping is an ancient method of treatment with a history of 3000-4000 years back.it was a related technique of Acupuncture,therefore its history originates with Acupuncture . in the beginning it was practiced in China and Egypt . The leech therapies , cutting of blood vessels , blood letting were the similar treatments . cupping (hijama) is the most famous Devine with Prophetic recommendations. It is reported that the Islamic prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is hijama, and if there was something excellent to be used as a remedy then it is hijama." HADITH :
During shab-e-meraj , angels asked the Holy Prophet
'' Oh Muhammad (P.B.U.H) Order your ummah to do hijama ''
