Updates ⚠️

A meeting was held today at KMU regarding Paper G, which was attended by DMEs from various colleges. Surprisingly, not a single student was invited to this meeting. During the discussion, the DMEs supported KMU’s stance and declared that the paper was correct, stating that it was entirely within the course outline, with no MCQs taken from outside the syllabus. They also claimed that the blueprints were properly followed.

We, the students of 3rd year, do not accept this meeting or its conclusions..

Our demands are;

1. The paper must be presented openly in front of all students so that we can point out the out-of-course MCQs and demonstrate how the learning objectives and blueprints were violated.

2. The paper was excessively lengthy and could not reasonably be completed within two hours. KMU must clarify how they consider this paper to be solvable within the standard time.

3. In colleges where the server went down, KMU must explain how the exam can be considered valid when students had to attempt the paper twice.

4. KMU must disclose the sources of these questions, specifically which books and resources were used, because several questions do not appear in any standard textbook.

5. These issues occur every year. Students are repeatedly put through unnecessary stress, and these violations keep happening without any solid, long-term solution being implemented.

The demands of the students must be accepted. Otherwise, KMU should be prepared for the consequences.

KMU has crossed all limits this time. First 2nd year, then 1st year and now 3rd year every single time the same pathetic drama. Extremely tough papers, wrong keys, system failures, and still they shamelessly claim their exam system is fair Shame on the VC of KMU for defending this broken system. TWO different papers for the SAME batch is the biggest proof that KMU has no fairness, no transparency, and no responsibility. How long will this nonsense continue? Students are being tortured every year while KMU repeats the same blunders without any fear or accountability

Very sad news to share that Dr.Arsalan TR ENT HMC( Ex BMCite) passed away today, He was admitted in HMC ICU from last few weeks.
His Funeral will be at 5 PM in Turangzai Janazah gah Charsadda. May Allah give him highest rank in jannah and patience to family members.

Cause of death:Colloid cyst causing brain Herniation through foramen Magnum

Indeed a very painful day for all doctors community and his family. May his soul rest in peace and patience to family members.
