A case of underfilled cavity, the Chief complaint was wedging of the food interproximally, planned to remove it, make a good cavity design with dove tail for good retention of composite filling, while cavity prep we accidentally found out a small lesion of the mesial wall of 1st molar, so we first filled that one and after that addressed the premolar with final results 🙂✌🏼

45yr female , known Diabetic (uncontrolled) with Hx of hypertension, came up with severe bone loss and gingival recession, lower anteriors had grade 3 mobility but the patient wasn't willing to extract them. So we just did the scaling and polishing, and kept on follow up

Another case of Dislodged fillinh but the filling was still stuck inside the cavity design... We planned to remove the filling, done a good flaring 0.7 to 1mm to make the margins of the filling aesthetically pleasing.

A case of dislodged interproximal composite filling, premolar filling was intact so we planned not to remove it , conservative buccal approach was done with small diamond bur to remove all the residual filling .. rinsed ,etched, and composite was added keep a good embrasure space to make self cleanable and flossable 🙂

Hyperplastic pulp(pulpal hyperplasia) due to chronic mild irritation to the pulp ... It's very painful to touch and manipulate . So the patient never attempts to eat on this side of the tooth 🦷

Such a case when you encounter proximal caries in 2 adjacent teeth.. always prepare both and do the small cavity first in order to have good access... 🔥
