🚨A Pulsatile Mass 🚨14 Years in the Making!

🧓 A 45-year-old patient presented with a large, pulsatile swelling in the upper limb — shockingly linked to a stab wound 14 years ago! 🗡️🕰️
🩻 Imaging revealed a massive brachial artery pseudoaneurysm — a vascular complication silently growing for over a decade.

🔧✂️ Elective surgical repair was performed successfully with complete limb salvage and excellent outcome. 🙌
