My name is Faryal Zafar.
I earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavior Therapy 2024 from Gandhara University Peshawar
I hold an MS degree (18 years of education) in Psychology, completed in 2022 from Lahore.
I earned an other Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology in 2018 from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar.
I completed my BS 4 Years Degree Program in 2017 from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar Peshawar. .

Psychologically speaking, being aware of your values and desires gives you clarity and helps set a healthy standard for the relationships you build.
