فزیوتھراپی کمر درد کے لیے — اہمیت اور طریقہ علاج

اہمیت:
کمر درد آج کل بہت عام مسئلہ بن چکا ہے، چاہے وہ لمبے وقت تک بیٹھنے، غلط انداز میں اٹھنے، یا پٹھوں کی کمزوری کی وجہ سے ہو۔ فزیوتھراپی اس درد کا محفوظ، مؤثر اور بغیر دوائیوں والا علاج ہے۔ اس سے نہ صرف درد میں آرام ملتا ہے بلکہ دوبارہ ہونے سے بھی بچاؤ ممکن ہوتا ہے۔

فزیوتھراپی کیسے کام کرتی ہے:

فروزن شولڈر کیا ہے؟

فروزن شولڈر جسے Adhesive Capsulitis بھی کہا جاتا ہے، ایک ایسی حالت ہے جس میں کندھے کے جوڑ میں درد اور سختی (Stiffness) پیدا ہوجاتی ہے۔ اس کی وجہ سے کندھے کی حرکت آہستہ آہستہ محدود ہوجاتی ہے اور روزمرہ کے کام کرنا مشکل ہو جاتا ہے، جیسے کپڑے پہننا، سر کے پیچھے ہاتھ لے جانا یا کوئی چیز اونچائی سے اٹھانا۔
