📢 Important Update from KTH‑Insaf Doctors Forum 📢

We are pleased to share that under the able leadership of President Dr. Younas and General Secretary Dr. Nayab Khan, the Cabinet Meeting of the KTH‑Insaf Doctors Forum was held in close coordination with President Insaf Doctors Forum KPK, Dr. Nabi Jan.

Agenda & Key Topics Discussed:

1. Issues related to IDF‑KTH — challenges, plans, and resolutions

2. Matters concerning KPK — regional health infrastructure & policymaking

3. Health issues in KPK — disease burden, public health interventions, preventive strategies

4. Liaison with Health Department — improving coordination and communication between forum & government health bodies

5. Thorough Assessment — evaluating current gaps, resource allocation, and future planning

6. Full trust in the leadership Qualities of president IDF-KPK and full support for all the campaigns specially the ongoings one..

This meeting marks a renewed commitment toward addressing healthcare challenges in KPK, advocating for doctors’ rights, and strengthening the collaboration between medical professionals and government entities.

*Development of a Surgical Assessment Unit*
To Facilitate the Doctors and Patients in Emergency Casaulty
*OPD / IBP Filter Clinics & Referral System*
Introducing filter (screening) clinics in OPD/IBP to streamline patient flow
Proper referral pathways to designated specialties to reduce burden on ED
*Dedicated Specialty Wards*
Formation of separate wards for
•Oncology,
•Rheumatology, •Endocrinology
*Shifting EPS (peads emergency) and linking it with the main Emergency*
EPS lacks proper pharmacy and Laboratory so shift it to either
1•Accomodate and establish separate Pharmacy and Lab for it
2• Link it to the main Emergency
*Peads Wards Overload issue*
Addressing pediatric overload by integrating the children’s emergency (EPS) with the main emergency and Peadiatric patient to Bed Ration and equality..

Hiring additional nursing staff to maintain care standards
