𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥, 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐤𝐚 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡 | 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
On 23rd April 2026, a Mega Medical Camp was successfully conducted at Village Kot Nawab Gartal, Taluka Warah, at the newly established Sheikh Zayed Gartal Hospital, located in one of the district’s most remote and mountainous areas.
This initiative, led by DHO Kamber Shahdadkot, Dr. Gulzar Ali Tunio, aimed to bridge the healthcare gap by bringing quality medical services directly to underserved communities. Dr. Gulzar Tunio mobilized a comprehensive team of specialist physicians, support staff, and collaborating partners to ensure the camp delivered maximum benefit.
The camp was honored by the presence of District Council Member Nawab Lashkar Khan Chandio, who inaugurated the camp and witnessed the services in action. He appreciated the efforts of the health department and expressed his support for organizing similar initiatives in the future for community welfare.
A wide range of healthcare services was provided under one roof. A team of specialist doctors—including pediatricians, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, and Gyne & Obs specialists—offered free consultations, medicines, and proper counseling to patients of all ages. In addition, laboratory and radiological services were available on-site, including X-ray, ultrasound, GeneXpert, sputum testing, and screening for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and TB, enabling early detection of conditions that often go unnoticed in underserved populations.
Several serious conditions, including suspected cancer and cardiac issues, were identified, and patients were appropriately referred to tertiary care hospitals for further management and follow-up—ensuring continuity of care beyond the camp.
The success of the camp was made possible by the collective efforts of a dedicated medical team, including, Prof. Dr. Shahida Magsi, Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Kamalani, Dr. Nazim Udin Soomro, ADHO Dr. Habib Shah, Dr. Sartaj Jujj, Dr. Shabir Soomro, Assistant Prof. Dr. Bisma Zia, Dr. Shahjahan, Dr. Saad Pechuho, Dr. Tassaduq Hayat, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Dr. Bena Abro, Dr. Vikesh Kumar, Dr. Rubina Abro, Dr. Nazim, and Dr. Fatima, along with paramedical staff and supporting organizations who worked tirelessly to make the camp a success. We also appreciate the efforts of Mr. Moar Mansoor Chandio and Abdul Sattar Chandio for spreading the message across local community and hosting a grand lunch for entire team.
Dr. Gulzar Ali Tunio reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that quality healthcare reaches every citizen of Kamber Shahdadkot, regardless of how remote or underserved their location may be. Initiatives like this are not just healthcare services—they are a promise that no community will be left behind.

23 اپريل 2026 تي ڳوٺ ڪوٽ نواب ڳرتل، تعلقو واره ۾، نئين قائم ٿيل ڳرتل اسپتال تي هڪ ميگا ميڊيڪل ڪيمپ ڪاميابي سان منعقد ڪئي وئي، جيڪا ضلعي جي انتهائي پٺتي پيل ۽ ڏورانهين علائقن مان هڪ آهي۔
هي اهم قدم ڊي ايڇ او قمبر شهدادڪوٽ ڊاڪٽر گلزار علي تنيو جي اڳواڻي ۾ کنيو ويو، جنهن جو مقصد صحت جون معياري سهولتون سڌو سنئون انهن علائقن تائين پهچائڻ هو جتي رسائي محدود آهي۔ ڊاڪٽر گلزار تنيو ماهر ڊاڪٽرن، پيرا ميڊيڪل عملي ۽ ساٿي ادارن تي مشتمل هڪ مضبوط ٽيم منظم ڪئي ته جيئن ڪيمپ مان وڌ کان وڌ فائدو حاصل ٿي سگهي۔
ڪيمپ جو افتتاح ضلعي ڪائونسل ميمبر نواب لشڪر خان چانڊيو ڪيو، جن عملي طور خدمتن جو جائزو ورتو ۽ صحت کاتي جي ڪوششن کي ساراهيندي اهڙين سرگرمين جي مستقبل ۾ پڻ مڪمل سهڪار جو يقين ڏياريو۔
ڪيمپ دوران هڪ ئي هنڌ تي صحت جون وسيع سهولتون مهيا ڪيون ويون۔ ماهر ڊاڪٽرن—جن ۾ ٻارن جا ماهر، چمڙي جا ماهر، اکين جا ماهر، ۽ گائني ۽ آبس جا ماهر شامل هئا—سڀني مريضن کي مفت چيڪ اپ، دوائون ۽ مناسب صلاحون ڏنيون۔ ان سان گڏ ليبارٽري ۽ ريڊيولاجي سهولتون پڻ مهيا ڪيون ويون، جن ۾ ايڪس-ري، الٽراسائونڊ، جين ايڪسپرٽ، ٿُڪ (سپاٽم) ٽيسٽ ۽ هيپاٽائٽس بي ۽ سي، ايڇ آءِ وي ۽ ٽي بي جي اسڪريننگ شامل هئي، جنهن سان ڪيترين بيمارين جي شروعاتي سڃاڻپ ممڪن ٿي۔
ڪيمپ دوران ڪيترين ئي سنگين بيمارين—جهڙوڪ ممڪن ڪينسر ۽ دل جي بيمارين—جي نشاندهي ڪئي وئي ۽ مريضن کي وڌيڪ علاج لاءِ ٽرشري اسپتالن ڏانهن ريفر ڪيو ويو، جيئن سندن علاج جو سلسلو جاري رهي۔
هن ڪيمپ جي ڪاميابي گڏيل ڪوششن جو نتيجو آهي، جنهن ۾ خاص طور تي پروفيسر ڊاڪٽر شاهده مگسي، ڊاڪٽر ناظم الدين سومرو، ڊاڪٽر محمد نواز ڪمالاڻي، اسسٽنٽ پروفيسر ڊاڪٽر بسمه ضياء سميت اي ڊي ايڇ او ڊاڪٽر حبيب شاه،ڊاڪٽر سرتاج احمد جج، ڊاڪٽر شبير سومرو، ڊاڪٽر سعد پچوهو، ڊاڪٽر تصدق حيات، ڊاڪٽر سنتوش ڪمار، ڊاڪٽر بينا ابڙو، ڊاڪٽر وڪيش ڪمار، ڊاڪٽر روبينه ابڙو، ڊاڪٽر ناظم، ۽ ڊاڪٽر فاطمه ۽ پيرا ميڊيڪل عملي ۽ ٻين ساٿي ادارن اهم ڪردار ادا ڪيو۔
اسان خاص طور تي مسٽر مور منصور چانڊيو ۽ عبدالستار جا ٿورائتا آهيون، جن ڪميونٽي تائين هن ڪيمپ جو پيغام پهچائڻ ۽ ميڊيڪل ٽيم لاءِ شاندار لنچ جو اهتمام ڪرڻ ۾ اهم ڪردار ادا ڪيو۔
ڊاڪٽر گلزار علي تنيو پنهنجي عزم جو ورجاءُ ڪيو ته ضلعي قمبر شهدادڪوٽ جي هر شهري تائين، ڀلي هو ڪيترو به پٺتي پيل يا ڏورانهين علائقي ۾ هجي، معياري صحت جون سهولتون ضرور پهچايون وينديون۔ اهڙيون ڪوششون رڳو صحت جون خدمتون نه پر اهو پيغام آهن ته ڪنهن به ڪميونٽي کي پوئتي نه ڇڏيو ويندو۔
