قمبر شهدادڪوٽ. 24 سيپٽمبر 2025ع ( ھ آ) ڊپٽي ڪمشنر قمبر شهدادڪوٽ امداد علي ابڙو جي صدارت هيٺ درٻار ھال ڊي سي آفيس قمبر DPEC جي ميٽنگ ٿي گذري. جنهن ۾ گذريل پوليو مهم جي ڪارڪردگيءَ کي جاچڻ ۽ ايندڙ NIDs جي متعلق ڪيل انتظامن جو جائزو ورتو ويو. ان موقعي تي ڊي ايڇ او قمبر شهدادڪوٽ ڊاڪٽر گلزار احمد تونيو، سڀني تعلقن جا اسسٽنٽ ڪمشنر، ڊبليو ايڇ او ، پي پي ايڇ آءِ، ٽائون ڪاميٽي آفيسرن سميت مختلف اين جي اوز جي نمائندن شرڪت ڪئي. ان موقعي تي ڊاڪٽر ڪاشف علي قريشي بريفنگ ڏيندي چيو ته ايندڙ NIDs جي ٽارگيٽ کي 100 سيڪڙو ڪامياب بڻائڻ لاءِ اسان جي ٽيم پر عزم آهي ھن وڌيڪ چيو ته اسان جي ٽيم جي اڻ ٿڪ ڪوششن سان 11 مھينن کان بعد Average سسٽم ۾ وائرس جي موجودگي کي ختم ڪري ڇڏيو ھن وڌيڪ چيو ته ھن پوليو مهم ۾ پنجن سالن کان گهٽ عمر جي ٻارڙن جو ٽارگيٽ 3 لک 76 ھزار 050 آھي جنهن کي گھر گھر وڃي پوليو کان بچاءُ جا ڦڙا پياريا ويندا. ان موقعي تي ڊپٽي ڪمشنر قمبر شهدادڪوٽ امداد علي ابڙو چيو ته پوليو مھم کي ڪامياب بڻائڻ لاءِ ھر قسم جي ڪوشش ڪئي وڃي ته جيئن اسان جو ضلعو پوليو کان پاڪ ٿي وڃي. هن وڌيڪ ھدايتون ڏيندي چيو ته پوليو ٽيمن جي ٽريننگ کي لاڳاپيل اسسٽنٽ ڪمشنرز پاڻ نگراني ڪن ھن وڌيڪ هدايت ڪئي ته فڪسڊ پوائنٽن تي پوليس اهلڪار مقرر ڪيا وڃن ته جئين مهم دوران ايندڙ ويندڙ ٻارڙن کي پوليو ويڪسين ٿي سگهي. ڊپٽي ڪمشنر قمبر اجلاس دوران سمورن لاڳاپيل آفيسرن توڙي ڊسٽرڪٽ ڪاميٽي جي آفيسرن کي هدايت ڪئي ته ريفيوزل، ريڊينيس ميٽنگ، لاڳيتو انڪاري، انگ اکر، غير حاضري، ڊيش بورڊ تي صحيح معلومات جي اپ لوڊنگ سميت ٻين اپائن تي هر صورت ۾ نتيجو مثبت گهرجي، ڪنهن جو به عذر قابل قبول نه هوندو، ڏوراهن واري علائقن ۾ يو سي ايم اوز جي مقرر ۽ پوليو مهم کي اثرائتو ڪرڻ لاءِ اپائن تي عملدرآمد ڪنداسين ته جلد بهتري آڻبي. ڊي سي صاحب پوليو مهم بابت ڊسٽرڪٽ هيڊز کي هدايت ڪئي ته ڪارڪردگي جو مظاهرو ڪندي ذميواريون سٺي ريت ادا ڪن هن قومي ڪاز لاءِ اسان جو ضلعو اڳتي نظر اچڻ گهرجي. ان موقعي تي ڊاڪٽر الطاف حسين ٻرڙو ڊسٽرڪٽ پوليو فوڪل پرسن ، آصف علي مگسي فوڪل پرسن سميت سڄي ضلعي مان وڏي تعداد ۾ صحت کاتي جي لاڳاپيل عملدارن ۽ ڊاڪٽرن شرڪت ڪئي

DPEC Meeting for NIDs Oct-25 was conducted at Darbar Hall Deputy Commissioner Office. The meeting was chaired by *Worthy Deputy Commissioner Kamber Shahdadkot Mr. Imdad Ali Abro*. Co-Chaired by *Dr.Gulzar Ahmed Tunio District Health Officer* Kamber Shahdadkot

*Other Participants*: All Assistant Commissioners, DM PPHI,DFP SIAs, DFP EPI,FP DIB,DDLG, SRSO, MERF NGO, ADC-I, TFPs, DEOs Education , TMOs & DEOC Team.

*Directions*

1.FP DIB ensure enhanced Patrolling on sensitive routes during NID Oct-25 Polio Campaign & provide security to the Polio teams & Monitors. & SHOs will attend the daily ERM at Assistant Commissioners and provide their support for refusal conversion activity.

2.DM PPHI & DEO (P&S) Schools will provide the team support centers with facilities of Drinking water, sitting arrangements and functional Washrooms for FLWs training in NID Oct-25.

3.TFPs ensure Quality Polio team's training from UCMOs for SNID Oct-25 on customised training Module. & Ensure the ICM checklist uploading during campaign

4.All TFPs and ACs will jointly decide the action against the poorly performance workers in upcoming polio campaign.

5.Kamber I,II & III all staff meeting scheduled at DHO office , the meeting will be chaired by Deputy Commissioner kamber due to Environment Sample Positive August 2025.

6.DEOC & DHMT teams monitor all pre-campaign activities in Low performing & high risk UCs during pre-campaign activity.

7.DFP SIA & TFPs ensure from UCMOs proper Microplanning & Registration of Mobile & Migrant Populations in NID Oct-25.
8.Sops for DDM deduction mechanism by DEOC
9.Nomination of TFP Kamber will be provided by DHO to DEOC Kamber
10.Proposal submission for quality campaign due to Environment Sample Positive.
11.All UCMOs must hand over the list of Still Missed Children of SNIDs Sept-25 to Polio teams for the coverage in NID Oct-25.
12.Participation of the All UPEC members in UPEC Meeting for NID Oct-25 should be ensured by their respective stakeholders.

Inauguration of HPV Vaccination Campaign at Govt. Girls High School Kambar

Today, the HPV vaccination campaign was inaugurated at Government Girls High School Kambar by Honorable MPA Nawabzada Burhan Khan Chandio.

The event was attended by District Health Officer Dr. Gulzar Ali Tunio along with his team, including Dr. Altaf Hussain Buriro (ADHO EPI/FP), Dr. Iqbal Ali Brohi (Coordinator DHIS Kambar), and Dr. M. Nawaz Kamalani (FP VBD Kambar).

Other district delegations also participated, including the Principal of Government Girls High School Kambar, the District Education Officer (DEO) Kambar, and the Assistant DEO (ADEO) Kambar.

At the conclusion, MPA Nawabzada Burhan Khan Chandio addressed the media, emphasizing the importance of HPV vaccination for the prevention of cervical cancer and urging parents to ensure that girls aged 9 to 14 receive the vaccine.

Visit to Community Centers and Government Girls High School, Kamber – HPV Vaccination Awareness and Health System Review

Today, Dr. Capt. Nasrullah Soomro, Director of Health Services, Larkana Division, visited various community centers and the Government Girls High School, Kamber, to promote awareness regarding HPV vaccination and its role in the prevention of cervical cancer.

During his visit, Dr. Soomro held a meeting with the Principal of the school to discuss the implementation and importance of the HPV vaccination program for adolescent girls. The visit was warmly received by Dr. Gulzar Ali Tunio, District Health Officer (DHO) Kamber, along with his team.

Also present during the visit were:

Dr. Altaf Hussain Buriro, ADHO for FP/EPI, Kamber

Dr. Shazia Gul, Assistant DHO RMNCH, Kamber
Both officers shared their views on raising awareness about vaccination and the prevention of cervical cancer among the community and school children.
Later in the day, a review meeting was held at the DHO Office, chaired by Dr. Capt. Nasrullah Soomro, with Dr. Gulzar Ali Tunio (DHO) and Dr. Saeed Akhtar Tunio (Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Kamber), along with the hospital team. The meeting focused on:
Improvements in hospital services.
Availability and supply of essential medicines.
Ensuring regularity and punctuality of medical, nursing, and allied health staff.
Sanitation and hygiene measures within the hospital.
This visit emphasized the department’s ongoing commitment to strengthening public health initiatives, especially preventive care, and improving healthcare service delivery across the district.
