65 y/o lady with past h/o multivessal PCI. Now presented with exertional angin. LHC shows patent stents in LAD and LCx with CTO RCA. Planned for PCI to CTO RCA with Dual Injection. Lots of challenges with wire crossing, calcified vessel with balloon uncrossable lesion and multiple efforts and techniques used and got excellent final result Alhamdulillah.

57 y/m DM presented with H/O exertional chest pain for 6-7months and now with increased intensity for 03 days even pain at rest. Coro angio revealed Critical Proximal LAD stenosis and proceded with PCI to LAD.
On Follow up visit Patient is Asymptomatic and pain free.

45 year old diabetic lady with 06 hours history of chest pain and landed in collapsed state, with Acute IWMI complicated by Cardiogenic shock. PPCI to Dominant LCX done. Patient remained critical for 02 days then recovered and discharged successfully on 4th day..
