Dry cough

Post chemotherapy ,,
Drug induced pneumonitis ,,
Young female with history of breast ca ,,,after 2 sessions of chemotherapy, developed,sob and dry cough ,,,
Infection was ruled out ,, patient was put on high dose steroids,,,marked improvement after 10 days .,

Patient with no history of cough ,sob ,,only fever body aches from 2 months ,treated as typhoid fever,,,turned out to be pulmonary TB ,,,
Daignose and treat to tb before it damages your lungs ......
