If not treated properly, it will result in complications , like microvascular disease of the foot.
یہ مریض ۱۵ سال سے شوگر ھے اور اب پاوں میں انفیکشن ھوا ھے۔
This patient is 55 ,male, has DM2 from more than 15 years. He has chronic infection of the forefoot and gangrene, and loss of toes.

رگڑ یا زخم
یہ رگڑ یا Abrasions عموما اس وقت لگتی ہے جب کار یا موٹر سائیکل کی ایکسیڈنٹ ھو جائے اور گاڑی پھسل جائے یا گاڑی سواری کو روڈ یا بجری پر کھنچ لین۔ اکثر جلد بھی پھٹ جاتی ہے اور مٹی یا کچرہ یا mud یا Dust یا ریت sand یا soil زخم کے اندر چلی جاتی ھے۔
اگر اس طرح کے زخم کو بروقت صاف نہ جائے تو اس کے پیچیدہ ھونے کا خطرہ ھوتا بے ۔
دیکھنے میں آیا ہے کہ پٹی کرنے والے اس طرح کے زخم فورا سی لیتے ہیں ۔ اور یہ بڑا خطرناک عمل ہے ۔ اس کی وجہ سے پاون کے خراب ھونے، پاوں ضائع ہونے اور حتی کہ زندگی کو خطرہ ھو سکتا ھے ۔
اس معمولی زخم کو فورا ڈیٹولDettol یا پایئودئن pyodine سے صاف کرے اور فورا ھڈی وجوڑ سرجن سے رابطہ کریں ۔
تاکہ بروقت علاج ممکن ہو سکے

پاوں پر زخم یا السر ۔
یہ عموما ان لوگوں میں ھوتا بے جن کے پاوں میں حس یاsensation کم ھو۔ جیسے شوگر کے مریض یا اسٹروک یا فالج کے مریض ۔
پاوں اگر بستر کے کنارے یا کسی سخت فرش پر دیر تک رھے ۔تو پریشر کی وجہ سے جلد پٹ جاتی ہے اور بیکٹیریا اندر چلے جاتے ہیں اور اگر بروقت علاج نہ کیا جائے تو انفیکشن ھڈی ٹی پہنچ جاتی ہے ۔ جن کو osteomyelitis کہتے ہیں ۔
اس کے علاج کےلئے ھڈی وجوڑ سرجن سے رابطہ کریں

اس مریض نے ایلزاروف سرجری سے قبل پاوں کا علاج کیا ھے اور گھر میں آرام کے ساتھ مطمئین ھے۔
ایلزاروف سرجری کا اغاز روس کے شہر کرگان میں دوسری جنگ عظیم کے دوران ھوئ ۔ اس کے موجد کا نام ابراھیم یا ابراموچ تھا ۔اس سرجری میں ٹوٹی ہوئی ھڈی کو جوڑنے کے لئے باریک وائر اور رنگ اور راڈ کا استعمال کیا جاتا ہے ۔ یہ بے ضرر ھے
اور اس کے رزلٹ مشکل سرجری میں بہتر ھیں ۔

MVA : 25 days
Injury to his left Ankle region, treated in egg past and wool by bone setter.
Had : skin necrosis and infection at presentation after 25 days.
یہ مریض ۲۵ دن کے بعد علاج کےلیے آیا ھے۔ پہلے کسی غیر مستند ادمی سے علاج کرایا ھے۔ ۔اب زخم ھے اور جلد کالی پڑ گئی ہے ۔

Fracture of the lateral condyle in 7 years old child.
Child: 7 years old.
Fall on ground: 3 weeks
Injury elbow: Left
Initially treatment: by bone setter
Treatment: fracture was opened and reduced and fixed with inter-fragmentary screw and multiple k wires and Augmented by splint for 4 to 6 weeks.
یہ فریکچر بچوں میں عام ھے ۔ اس طرح کے فریکچر کا فورا ھڈی وجوڑ سرجن سے علاج کرنا چاہیے ۔
