ایم ڈی/ایم ایس فیکلٹی کے تحفظات اور تنقیدی پہلو
​ایم ڈی اور ایم ایس فیکلٹی کا یہ موقف ہے کہ کالا شاہ کاکو جیسے مہنگے منصوبوں اور زمینوں کی خریداری پر اربوں روپے کا ضیاع دراصل میڈیکل ایجوکیشن کے نظام میں ایک خاص "اجارہ داری" (Monopoly) کو مضبوط کرنے کی کوشش ہے۔ ان کا سب سے بڑا اعتراض یہ ہے کہ ایک طرف سرکاری یونیورسٹیوں کے پاس ریسرچ اور کلینیکل ٹریننگ کے لیے فنڈز کی شدید کمی ہے، جبکہ دوسری طرف سی پی ایس پی (CPSP) جیسے ادارے اپنے انتظامی ڈھانچے اور عالیشان عمارتوں کو پھیلانے میں مصروف ہیں۔ ایم ڈی/ایم ایس کمیونٹی اسے وسائل کی غیر منصفانہ تقسیم قرار دیتی ہے، جس کا مقصد یونیورسٹی پروگرامز کو پیچھے دھکیل کر صرف ایک مخصوص ادارے کے اثر و رسوخ کو برقرار رکھنا ہے۔ ان کے نزدیک یہ "رئیل اسٹیٹ" کی سیاست طبی تعلیم کے معیار کو بہتر بنانے کے بجائے صرف طاقت کے ارتکاز کا ذریعہ ہے، جو بالآخر یونیورسٹی سے وابستہ کنسلٹنٹس کے لیے مزید رکاوٹیں اور پیشہ ورانہ تفریق پیدا کرنے کا باعث بنے گی۔
​مستقبل کے حوالے سے خدشات:
​بجٹ کا عدم توازن: یونیورسٹیوں کے مقابلے میں سی پی ایس پی کے پاس موجود وسیع مالی وسائل مقابلے کی فضا کو غیر منصفانہ بناتے ہیں۔
​پالیسی پر اثر انداز ہونا: زمینوں اور مراکز کے اس پھیلاؤ کو سیاسی اثر و رسوخ بڑھانے کے حربے کے طور پر دیکھا جا رہا ہے تاکہ پی ایم ڈی سی کے فیصلوں کو کنٹرول کیا جا سکے۔
