The Organization:
Origin: The initiators towards the establishment of HOPES are the volunteer youths of the province belonging to its different parts. Having one thing common, the development, professionals usually discuss about improving and mobilizing the capacities and potentials in these field. During such a situational review discussion by the development professionals in 1994, the participan

ts identified a need to initiate the creation of an organization to provide services in health, rehabilitation sectors. All the fellows and associates have joined as volunteers to establish HOPES, one of the provincial organizations with effective approach.
