25 years old male,had RTA and got fracture of acetabulum.Presented to me 1month after injury.Pt had complex acetabular fracture.
Fixed with Anterior Intrapelvic Approach and applied infrapectineal plate.Reasonable reduction achieved.Pt is fine alhamdolillah.
I am grateful to my mentor Prof.Amer Aziz sb,my institution Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital for training us to manage such fractures and specifically thankful to Dr.Umair Nadeem for continuously teaching us how to manage and operate such fractures.

Post traumatic genu valgum deformity of Lower limb.
Corrected with intramedullarly nail and use of polar screws.
Only small percutaneous incisions were given for whole procedure....

Alhamdolillah another deformity corrected with ilizarov.
This time patient had post traumatic genuvalgum with short limb.

Alhamdolillah deformity corrected and limb length restored.

Patient is happy and doing fine.

Thanks to my teachers at Ghurki hospital specially Dr.Saad Ilyas and Special thanks to my supervisor for Ilizarov and Deformity Correction fellowship at Aga Khan University Hospital,Prof.Haroon ur Rashid sb for teaching such skills.

35 years old male presented with history of RTA leading to fractured L1 vertebra.Patient s power decreased in both lower limbs after injury.Patient presented to me 4 days after injury.

Me and my team immediately operated upon him,there was marked compression over spinal cord which was removed.The spinal cord was damaged with big rent in dura mater which was repaired.

Alhamdolillah pt is doing fine postoperatively.
InshaAllah pt s neurology will also improve.

Spinal fractures specially with partial neurology of dealt and operated earlier have excellent results.

I am grateful to my teachers Prof.Amer Aziz sb,Prof.Shehzad Javaid sb,Prof.Naeem sb,Prof.Ijaz sb,Prof.Rizwan sb,Prof.Ateeq sb and whole team of Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital who have taught us to deal such cases.

A 75 years old female,known case of advanced colorectal carcinoma,presented with periprosthetic fracture.Patient had been bed ridden for 3 weeks,and was developing bedsores.
After full workup and optimisation patient was operated,her previous implant removed and long stem Bipolar hemiarthroplasty done.
Patient was mobilised full weight bearing very next day.
Alhamdolillah she is doing well..

40 yrs old male presented with Road Traffic Accident leading to pelvi trauma.He had fracture of anterior column of acetabulum along with quadrilateral plate.
Did fixation of fracture through Modified Stoppa Approach with Dr.Sinwan Sheikh,technique learnt at Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital.
Patient is doing fine.
