1. When someone cuts in front of you in line, what do you do?
a) Say nothing and wait patiently
b) Politely tell them you were next in line
c) Confront them aggressively

2. A friend asks you to do a favor that you don't have time for. What do you say?
a) "Okay, I'll do it" (even though you don't want to)
b) "I'm not able to do that right now, maybe another time"
c) "No, I'm not interested"

3. Your opinion differs from a colleague's in a meeting. What do you do?
a) Stay quiet and avoid conflict
b) Share your opinion clearly and respectfully
c) Argue aggressively to prove your point

4. A salesperson is pressuring you to buy something you don't want. What do you say?
a) "Okay, fine" (to avoid conflict)
b) "I appreciate your offer, but I'm not interested"
c) "No, thank you" (firmly)

5. A friend consistently cancels plans at the last minute. What do you do?
a) Keep accepting their apologies and rescheduling
b) Tell them how their actions affect you and set boundaries
c) End the friendship

Answering "b" to most of these questions indicates a good level of assertiveness. Remember, assertiveness is about expressing yourself clearly and respectfully while standing up for your needs and boundaries.
