A Day Well Spent with My Mentor, Prof. Nadeem bin Nusrat

I feel truly fortunate as I reflect on another rewarding day spent with my mentor, Prof. Nadeem bin Nusrat at PKLI Lahore.Days like these remind me of the immense privilege it is to learn under his guidance and to share conversations that leave a lasting impact.

The day began with us conducting a clinic together, an experience that was as educational as it was inspiring.It is in these moments that I realize how much his mentorship has shaped not only my professional growth but also my perspective on patient care.

The day ended on a warm and fulfilling note as we shared a dinner together.

I cannot help but feel immense gratitude for days like these, where learning, growth, and camaraderie blend seamlessly. Prof. Nadeem bin Nusrat’s mentorship is a beacon of guidance in my journey, and I am endlessly thankful for the time, knowledge, and care he so generously offers.

گردے کی پتھری کی علامات کیا ہیں؟

آپ کے بغیر جانے کہ آپ کے گردے میں پتھری ہے آپ کے گردے میں سالوں تک پتھری رہ سکتی ہے ۔ لیکن، جب یہ حرکت کرنا شروع کر دیتی ہے یا بہت بڑی ہو جاتی ہے، تو آپ کو علامات ہو سکتی ہیں۔ گردے کی پتھری کی علامات میں شامل ہیں

درد کے ساتھ متلی یا الٹی ہونا
آپ کے پیشاب میں خون دیکھنا
پیشاب کرتے وقت درد محسوس کرنا
پیشاب کرنے سے قاصر ہونا
زیادہ کثرت سے پیشاب کرنے کی ضرورت محسوس کرنا
بخار یا سردی لگ رہی ہے
پیشاب کرنا جس کی بدبو آتی ہو یا ابر آلود نظر آئے
