World Physical Therapy Day 2025
Theme: "Healthy Aging" 🧓👵

On this special day, Aadam Life Care Physiotherapy Centre (ALC) proudly reinforced its commitment to international standards in rehabilitation by reaching out to those who need it most — our senior citizens.

Our dedicated ALC Rehab Team visited Najjatt Old Age Home, where we:
💠 Provided free vital checks and rehab consultations
💠 Educated seniors on healthy aging and mobility
💠 Celebrated with cake and handed out thoughtful goody bags 🎂🎁

This initiative is a continuation of our year-long outreach program, which delivers door-to-door rehabilitation care to elderly and long-term bedridden patients — ensuring no one is left behind.

At ALC, we don’t just follow the WCPT vision — we stay a step ahead, offering state-of-the-art geriatric care in our OPDs with compassion, dignity, and respect.

The smiles and gratitude from our elders today remind us why we do what we do. 💙

This week, we delivered essential home and kitchen items to 4 families in Neelum Valley, Azad Kashmir, who tragically lost everything in a recent fire.

With their homes completely destroyed, they are starting from scratch. Together, we are helping them rebuild their lives by providing the most basic necessities.

We’ve Broken Records – And Touched More Lives Than Ever!
We’re proud to share a major milestone: over 900 OPD sessions delivered – breaking our 6-year record! From physiotherapy and speech therapy to psychological rehabilitation, our incredible team continues to make a lasting impact.

Our Community Outreach Program also reached new heights, with 233 sessions in a single month – setting a record on its one-year anniversary!
